Recent before and after at a dry rot job in Lockerbie
Recent before and after – Lockerbie.
We were asked to complete a survey on a property in Lockerbie.
We detected dry rot and live woodworm under the floorboards, in the ground floor timbers.
The extensive damage was caused by a lack of proper damp proofing the ground level of the house and a gutter leaking from an old flat roof.
